to offer. In 1432 Pietro Querini got shipwrecked outside the small island of Røst in
Lofoten, and subsequently returning to Venice, where he wrote a report of
his travels for the senate. He is also credited with popularizing
Stockfish in the Veneto region, also know as Baccalà alla Vicentina.
Fusion cuisine between Italian and Norwegian is nothing new,
but a tradition we want to uphold.
